PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin bolt and nut, having a high tensile force resistance and high fracture strength in a screw thread. SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced synthetic resin bolt is formed with multiple vertical fibers 2 being disposed approximately parallel to one another in the axial direction of a bolt 1, and lateral fibers 4 are disposed in plane approximately perpendicular to the bolt axis. This fiber-reinforced synthetic resin nut is formed that the fibers are disposed in a screw thread part, in a plane which is approximately perpendicular with respect to the bolt axis to be assembled in the nut.
