PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural panel and a junction reinforcing material with superior workability capable of inexpensively increasing wall ratio by a simple composition. SOLUTION: In the structural panel, a surface material 11 is reinforced by junction reinforcing materials 12 and 13 having base panels 12a and 13a extended in a direction parallel with a surface of the surface material 11 and vertical panels 12b and 13b extended in a thickness direction of the surface material 11. It can also be composed so as to bury the base panels 12a and 13a or the vertical panels 12b and 13b of the junction reinforcing materials 12 and 13 or both in an interior of the surface material 11. The junction reinforcing materials 12 and 13 can be joined to the surface material 11 by nails 14.
