PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concentrated locking device capable of concentrically locking a door and an open-close section for a building. SOLUTION: A transmitter 10 transmitting a locking signal with the locking of the first locking mechanism installed to an entrance door 1a communicated with the open air of the building is secured to the entrance door 1a. The transmitted locking signal is received by a locking unit mounted on the second locking mechanism for the open-close section (such as a service entrance, window and a door arranged in the same building), a motor in the locking unit is driven and the locking of the second locking mechanism is conducted.
