PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved full revolving construction machine by securing a forward view of an operator, improving cooling efficiency of a radiator, and improving the shape of an upper body in view of revolving behaviors. SOLUTION: This full revolving construction machine is composed of a lower structure comprising a crawler travel device 1, and an upper structure 3, wherein a driving operation part 29 comprising an operator cab, a power house 36 and an auxiliary machine chamber is arranged on the front side of a revolving frame 21 which can freely revolve relative to the lower structure, and a load box 35 is arranged on the rear side. Also, an engine 25, a driving oil hydraulic pump 27 arranged on the front side of the engine 25, and a radiator cooling fan 28 and a radiator 26 arranged on the rear side are provided in the power house 36 in series in forward and backward directions of the upper structure. The surface of a bonnet cover 36a of the power house 36 is inclined with the front side thereof lowered, seen from the side of the machine body.
