PRODUCTION PROCESS OF CASE FOR CELLULAR PHONE WITH CLOTH USED

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a case for cellular phones with cloth used which adheres a PVC film preventing strands from being loosen to a cut part for cloth so that it perfectly prevents the strands from being loosen at the cut part. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the case for the cellular phones with cloth used comprises the steps of: (i) piling up a PVC flocking(31), a reinforcing material(32), a cloth for outer cover(33) and the PVC film preventing strands from being loosen(34) orderly on a table(20); (ii) heating raw materials of the table by a high frequency heater(40) and compressing by a fragment press(50) to adhere the PVC film preventing strands from being loosen to the cloth for outer cover in a pattern of the open-typed case for the cellular phones; (iii) cutting raw materials by an iron-typed press(60) to produce the open-typed case for the cellular phones(71); and (iv) sewing the open-typed case for the cellular phones to complete an integrated case for the cellular phones(70) and to receive the cellular phones.
