PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the control of a discharge control substrate on the recovery of power source in the case that power is interrupted while a main control substrate transmits command data to a put-out control substrate. SOLUTION: On the recovery of power source in the case of power interruption during transmitting the command data, the main control substrate transmits the un- transmitted portion of the command data to the discharge control substrate first and transmits a put-out operation permission/prohibition command to the discharge control substrate based on the detection signal of a supply ball shortage detection switch and a ball tray fullness detection switch after this. On the other hand, the discharge control substrate makes the discharge operation of the ball discharge device into a prohibited state before receiving the un-transmitted portion of the command data on the recovery of the power source. Thus, on the recovery of the power source, the discharge control substrate first receives the un-transmitted portion of the command data from the main control substrate in the state of prohibiting the discharge operation of the ball discharge device temporarily. After finishing the reception of all the pieces of command data, the put-out control substrate receives the discharge operation permission/prohibition command from the main control substrate and finally permits/ prohibits the discharge operation of the ball discharge device.
