PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the muscular power of the quadriceps muscle of thigh and heighten the stretch effect of triceps surae muscle and hamstring muscles by stationary exercise method to eliminate vibration caused in a dynamic exercise method. SOLUTION: By using a knee fixture and a rubber band of an easy stretcher for knee, stationary exercise method can be taken to prevent vibration of the knees and relax throbbing pain, increase the muscular power of the quadriceps muscle of thigh and heighten the stretch effect of triceps surae muscle and hamstring muscles.
