PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant food container for an electromagnetic cooker having excellent safety and enabling easy heating with food in the container. SOLUTION: The instant food container for an electromagnetic cooker comprises a heating element 21 formed of a clad material composed of a magnetic metallic material having a Curie temperature and a nonmagnetic metallic material such as an aluminum or the like, and a container 22 formed of a heat insulation material. The magnetic metallic material of the heating element is placed in a position opposite to a heating coil of the electromagnetic cooker.
