PURPOSE: A structure for coupling a louver shutter is provided to simplify the assembling even for unskilled users by forming flexible coupling parts at both ends of a louver frame or slats, and simplify the exchange or repair of the slats. CONSTITUTION: A louver shutter coupling structure includes a louver frame(21) having insertion grooves(24a) for rotatably coupling a plurality of slats(26',26"...), a pair of longitudinal elements(24) formed with coupling grooves(24b) at both ends, and traverse elements(22) having protrusions(22a) provided at both sides to be inserted into the coupling holes of the longitudinal elements, and coupling surfaces(22b) formed with peripheral surfaces corresponding to the outer shape of the coupling grooves of the longitudinal elements, and coupling elements(30) inserted into the insertion grooves of the louver frame or rotation grooves of the slats for rotatably supporting the slats.
