SILENCER OF TURBO CHARGER CAPABLE OF SEPARATING AND RETRIEVING ENGINE OIL

PURPOSE: A silencer of a turbo charger is provided to reduce noise generated from a turbo charger of an engine and to prevent engine fail and loss of oil by separately retrieving oil. CONSTITUTION: A silencer of a turbo charger(1) includes an oil collecting vessel(9) positioned under the bottom of a cylinder(6). An oil discharging hole formed on the bottom of the cylinder(6) connects inside of the cylinder(6) and the oil collecting vessel(9). A valve(11) is provided to open and close the oil discharging hole. The valve(11) closes the oil discharging hole when overpressure is applied to the cylinder(6) by the turbo charger(1). A valve open spring(12) applies a bias force to the valve(11) so as to open the oil discharging hole. The oil collecting vessel(9) is connected to an oil return line(16) by an oil drain hose(17).
