PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic appliance for an endoscope provided with a loop for medical treatment with which capturing of a lesion, such as a polyp, or affected area organs can be surely realized by simple constitution. SOLUTION: This therapeutic appliance for the endoscope is provided with the loop 2 for medical treatment consisting of a wire rope 8 at the distal end of a control wire 6 freely advanceably and retreatably inserted and arranged in a flexible sheath 4 in such a manner that a prescribed loop shape is formed by itself when the loop 2 for medical treatment is projected from the aperture at the front end of the flexible sheath 4. The wire rope 8 is intermittently and longitudinally provided with bulges 10 formed by brazing and fixing coiled wires to the outer peripheral part of the wire rope 8 constituting the loop 2 for medical treatment. A plurality of such bulges 10 are arranged apart spaced intervals along the longitudinal direction of the wire rope 8. |
