PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of specifically amplifying the target nucleic acid in a sample in high sensitivity and to provide a method for detecting the target nucleic acid using the method and a composition and a kit for the same. SOLUTION: This method specifically amplifies in high sensitivity, the target nucleic acid in the sample by combined use of a chimeraoligonucleotide primer and an upstream oligonucleotide primer, the invention provides the method detecting the target nucleic acid by using the method, and the composition including the chimeraoligonucleotide primer and the upstream oligonucleotide primer for the method and the kit for the same. |
