<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle holding tool which can be used for preventing falling of a comparatively heavy article and can be manufactured compactly and inexpensively. SOLUTION: The case of the holding tool 1 consists of an upper half case 2 and a lower half case 4. A fixing means is an insert-fixing means having an upper insert-holding body 3 and a lower insert-holding body 5. The upper insert-holding body 3 of the insert-fixing means is formed integrally with the upper half case 2, and the lower insert-holding body 5 is formed integrally with the lower half case 4. Then a clamp 7 for keeping the insert-fixing state of the upper insert-holding body 3 and the lower insert-holding body 5 is provided at the upper half case 2. In addition, the winding part 63 of the cord or belt 61 of a reel 6 to be housed in the case and the housing part 65 of the reeling spring 64 are arranged side by side in an axial direction.</p> |
