PURPOSE: Simmered and seasoned lean meat of hog's feet is provided, therefore a consumer can easily eat it. CONSTITUTION: The simmered and seasoned lean meat of hog's feet is prepared by inserting 10kg of soybean sauce, 300g of synthetic flavoring agent(Miwon), 1kg of starch syrup, 200g of cinnamon, 400g of garlic, 400g of ginger, 20g of pepper, and 700g of onion into 20kg of water in a pot and boiling the mixture; inserting 10 to 30 kg of hog's feet, 30 to 50 kg of hog's head, and 10kg of hog's skin into the mixture and boiling them at high temperature for 1 hour and at low temperature for 50 minutes sequentially; separating meat and bones; and packaging the simmered and seasoned lean meat of hog's feet. |
