PURPOSE: A synthetic resin-coated guardrail is provided to maintain its original color for a long, resistant to bad weather changes, chemicals, pollutants, or the like, and to help the safe driving of drivers due to the easily noticeable feature. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin-coated guardrail(10) substantially includes a plurality of reinforced ribs and a sheet iron(11). A film layer(12) for adhering metal and resin is adhered on the surface of the sheet iron. A synthetic resin film(13) having various colors and functions is laminated thereon. The synthetic resin film may include a fluorescent material, or also include various types of nightglow patterns. The guardrail is possibly coated with the synthetic resin on only one side for economical conditions. The synthetic resin is made of polyethylene or plastics, etc. One method of directly coating the synthetic resin on a galvanized sheet iron is performed by a process of eliminating impurities, a process of welding, a process of cooling, and a process of winding.
