PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein having promoting activity to a DNA repairing reaction of radiation resistant bacteria, and to provide a DNA encoding the protein and an antibody recognizing the protein. SOLUTION: This invention provides the protein having activity promoting the repairing reaction of a DNA comprising a specific amino acid sequence or an amino acid sequence of a modifier of the same, a base sequence encoding the protein having the activity promoting the repairing reaction of the DNA, a recombinant DNA obtained by inserting the base sequence to a vector DNA, a transformant including the recombinant DNA, and provides a method of producing the protein having repairing reaction promoting activity to the DNA by culturing the transformant in a culture medium and collecting the protein having repairing reaction promoting activity to the DNA from the cultured product, and provides the antibody bonding to the protein. |
