PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical secretion absorption gauze. SOLUTION: In the medical secretion absorption gauze having a flat skin pad part, a medical pipe fixing hole provided on the center of that pad and a pipe passing path from the outer edge of the skin pad to the pipe fixing hole, the cloth of gauze is folded to be band-shaped, such a band-shaped gauze cloth is folded a plurality of times so that one side edge can cross the other side edge, and the skin pad is formed with that folding as an outer edge. Then, the pipe fixing hole positioned on the center of the skin pad is surrounded with the side edges of the band-shaped gauze cloth.
