PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent criminal act concerning communication between a game machine and a recording medium processor and to reduce a burden for control concerning communication between the put-out control means of the game machine and the recording medium processor. SOLUTION: A CPU for controlling put-out mounted to the put-out control substrate of the game machine performs control for renting a prescribed number of game balls to a player on a condition that a ball rental request signal is transmitted from a card unit. A communication IC 400 mounted to the put-out control substrate receives the signal from the card unit, outputs an operation command based on the signal to the CPU for controlling put-out, and transmits a signal showing the operating state of the CPU to the card unit.
