PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baked confectionery-containing ice cream. SOLUTION: This baked confectionery-containing ice cream is obtained thorough the following process: crushing baked confectionery, frying the crushed baked confectionery using liquid oil and fat, deoiling the thus treated baked confectionery followed by mixing the resultant baked confectionery into ice cream, or alternatively through another process as follows: crushing baked confectionery, soaking the crushed confectionery into a liquid, deoiling the thus treated baked confectionery followed by mixing the resultant baked confectionery into ice cream.
