PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for filtering particles contained in a fluid passing through the flow path of a fluid control valve to enhance the precision of a fluid control instrument. SOLUTION: This filter for removing stains in the fluid is used in the fluid control vale having the first and second opening parts through each of which the fluid is made to flow in or out, the flow path existing between the first and second opening parts, a valve seat which is arranged on the flow path and has a valve hole communicated with the flow path and a valve element which is abutted on the valve seat or separated from the valve seat to close or open the flow path. The filtration surface of the filter is arranged at the angle other than a right angle with respect to the flow path so that the opened filtration area can be made wide.
