PURPOSE: A device for refilling an ink cartridge is provided to easily refill the ink cartridge, realize more accurate and clearer output, and prevent ink from leaking in case of refilling the ink cartridge with the ink. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge holder(100) has a coupling unit(106) and a perforation hole(109) corresponding to an injection port of an ink cartridge(1), to which the ink cartridge(1) is inserted. A refill container(10) is inserted into the coupling unit(106) of the cartridge holder(100) and includes a discharge port(12) communicated with the perforation hole(109) of the cartridge holder(100). A cover(20) is detachably assembled with the upper part of the refill container(10). A liquid storing pack(24) is installed under the cover, so that the liquid storing pack storing water mixed with acid is exploded if a switch(30) is pushed. A chemical(50) is installed at the lower part of the liquid storing pack to generate regular pressure by reacting to the contents of the liquid storing pack. A pouch(60) is installed in the refill container(10), storing ink for refill. The pouch(60) has a discharge hole(62) to be communicated with the discharge port(12) of the refill container(10), so that the ink for refill is discharged through the discharge port(12) if the pressure in the refill container(10) increases.
