PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for producing packed tofu, preventing the packed tofu from adhering to its packaging film in unsealing hot-packed soybean-curd. SOLUTION: A method for producing hot-packed tofu involves providing a cover over a packaging pack conveyor after packing tofu containers with hot soybean milk and a coagulant and during closely contacting a packaging film with each of the resultant package packs, or a 2nd version of the method additionally involves feeding steam under the cover, or a 3rd version of the method involves packing the tofu containers with the hot soybean milk and the coagulant immediately followed by closely contacting the packaging film with each of the resultant package packs, or a 4th version of the method involves making a defoaming by a defoaming device after the above packing operation and then closely contacting the packaging film with each of the resultant package packs just behind the defoaming device, or the other version of the method comprises any combination of the methods described above. |
