PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a protocol available for the terminals of multiple users as common resources. SOLUTION: A vender terminal 2 and a user terminal 20 register a set of medical images obtained by protocol of a protocol/medical image database 12 of a protocol administrating server 10 (10J, 10U) and scanning the protocol. A user terminal 20 acquires the medical image via a network 1 from the server 10, displays the image on a display unit 34, down-loads necessary protocol from the server 10, and sets the protocol to a medical image diagnosing apparatus 30. Accordingly, the protocol and the medical image unitarily administered by the protocol administering server can be shared by many user terminals.
