PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lipstick pressing tool for preventing stuck rouge from being exposed to the outside. SOLUTION: Two places of a cloth 1 folded like accordion pleats and given prescribed working processing so as to stabilize the folding lines shown in the (a) are picked up a little in a vertical direction (in a vertical direction in a figure b-1) at a place a little inner than the right and left end parts of the cloth 1 as shown in the (b) and sewn up to form a cosmetic processing tool. In order to press the lipstick, a place between the two sewn positions 2 of the cosmetics processing tool is made into the state of opening forward and backward (in a vertical direction b-2, c-1 in the figure) as shown in the figure C and the lipstick is pressed at the open place. Then, the cosmetics processing tool is returned into a form in the figure (b) by pulling it lightly from the right and left to keep it in a bag, etc.
