PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing apparatus with which the dissected part or the like of a tissue can efficiently be sutured while pulling it closely and operation time can be shortened. SOLUTION: This apparatus has an inserting part 72, which can be inserted into a celom, a top end part 72a provided on the inserting part 72, a staple 89 as a suturing means provided on the top end part 72a for suturing the viable tissue, and a needle-shaped member 77 as a puncture means provided on the top end part 72a to be punctured into viable tissue. |
