PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hand or foot from being caught between a main body of a fence part and a movable fence by limiting the turning range of the movable fence connected to be turned to the main body of the fence part. SOLUTION: In a resin-made cover 11, a connect shaft 13 is inserted through a bearing part 12 which is protruded on an outer frame pipe 9a of a movable fence 9, and screwed to a coupling pipe 14 provided on the top end side of an upper outer frame pipe 6c in the main body 6 of the fence part and the movable fence 9 is connected to be freely turned with the connect shaft 13 as a center. As a turning range limiting means, a turn regulating member 15 is erected on the bearing part 12 on the outer frame pipe 9a of the movable fence 9, and a projecting part 16 to be abutted with the turn regulating member 15 is provided together on the coupling pipe 14 on the top end side of the upper outer frame pipe 6c in the main body 6 of the fence part. |
