PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding which enables a user to easily have a pleasant sleep throughout the entire sleeping time from falling into a sleep to getting up. SOLUTION: The bedding has a heating element 3 which is attached to a bedding body 2 and warms the body by energizing, a skin temperature sensor 7 which is capable of detecting the skin temperature of the body b and control means 6 which is capable of controlling the output of the heating element 3 according to the skin temperature of the body b detected by the skin temperature sensor 7. The control means can control the output of the heating element 3 so as to enable the user to have the pleasant sleep by controlling the heating element 3 according to the skin temperature of the body b.
