PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for raking out a mushroom culture medium capable of assuredly raking out the medium in mushroom culture bottles and preventing device troubles owing to the simple form of raking out members. SOLUTION: This device 12 for raking out mushroom culture medium is used by inverting a plurality of mushroom culture bottles housed in a container 16 through inverting them so as to let bottle ports face downward, and inserting raking out members 72 into the bottles so as to rake out the mushroom culture medium therein. The device has a shaft bearing base 70 for bearing and supporting a plurality of the raking out members 72 in a rotatingly drivable manner at the center of the respective axes thereof and a movement drive means for shifting the respective positions of the members 72 inside the mushroom culture bottles 15 toward such a direction as to be crossed with the corresponding axes of the members 72 by moving the bearing base 70.
