PURPOSE: To obtain a resin powder for skin care composition which makes a cosmetic, a skin washing agent, or the like, have sufficient spreadability and adhesivity on its application, a skin washing agent and a cosmetic using the same, and to provide a method for manufacturing the resin powder for skin care composition. CONSTITUTION: In the resin powder for skin care composition, the volume average particle size of the resin powder is 2.0-20.0 μm, the shape coefficient SF1 is 110-140, and the volume average particle distribution GSDv is <=1.3. Owing to the present invention, sufficient spreadability and adhesivity can be imparted when applied.
