PURPOSE: A buckle fastener of a seat belt is provided to prevent slip of the buckle fastener in buckling and to buckle the seat belt at once by pushing and releasing manually installing a stopper in the buckle fastener. CONSTITUTION: A buckle fastener of a seat belt is composed of a fastener body(16) having a belt insertion hole(15); a buckle assembling unit(17) integrally attached to the end of the fastener body; and a stopper(20) installed in a space part(18) connected to the belt insertion hole on the fastener body and moved back and forth by pushing the rear end or using restoring force of a spring(19) to push and release the seat belt in the belt insertion hole selectively. Slip of the seat belt is restricted, and accidents are prevented by buckling the seat belt at once by holding the seat belt with the stopper in the buckle fastener.
