PCB ALIGNMENT DEVICE FOR SCREEN PRINTER

PURPOSE: A PCB alignment device for a screen printer is provided to achieve improved efficiency of the PCB alignment by controlling the torque applied to the PCB and preventing distortion of the PCB. CONSTITUTION: A PCB alignment device(100) comprises a front rail(101) arranged at the front side of a work table(45), and which provides fiducial marks for PCB alignment; a rear rail(102) arranged at the rear side of the work table, and which aligns PCBs while moving in forward and rearward directions in accordance with the thickness of the PCB; a clamp(104) arranged at outer surfaces of front and rear rails, and which rotates by a servo motor(113) so as to fix the edge of the top surface of the PCB; a conveyor(106) arranged at inner surfaces of front and rear rails, and which rotates by a DC motor(105) so as to receive the PCB; and a ball screw(111) arranged between the front rail and a bracket(110) arranged at the rear end of the work table. The ball screw is arranged to receive power from the servo motor through timing pulleys and a timing belt, wherein the servo motor is equipped with a control pack for controlling position and torque.
