PURPOSE: An atomization apparatus in which cooling effect is increased is provided. CONSTITUTION: In an atomization apparatus for cooling a target material to be coated(20) by spraying water atomized through nozzles onto the target material to be coated, the atomization apparatus comprises a plurality of nozzles(22), rotational vanes(22) on which the nozzles are installed, a driving motor(24) for driving the rotational vanes and a plurality of blades that are installed in front of the rotational vanes to maximize atomization of the atomized water by forming vortex using wind generated from the rotational vanes(22), wherein the atomization apparatus comprises a storage tank(10) in which water is stored, a pump(14) for supplying water from the storage tank(10) to the nozzles(12) and an air supply pipe(18) which is installed to be connected to a supply pipe(16) for connecting the pump(14) to the nozzles(12), wherein a plurality of nozzles are installed at the rotational vanes(22) to increase cooling efficiency of the target material to be coated(20), the supply pipe(16) for supplying atomized water and the driving motor(24) for driving the rotational vanes(22) are connected to the center of the rotational vanes(22), and a sealing device such as a mechanical seal is installed at a motor shaft of the driving motor(24).
