PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient washer-dryer in which a desired time (a remaining time) for washing and/or drying operations is reported by displaying it from an early stage of the operations. SOLUTION: A driving device 6 is controlled to stir laundry by rotating a rotary body 4 and/or a washing and drying tub 2 in a washing and rinsing operation and a warm air supplying means is controlled to supply a warm air into the washing and drying tub in the drying operation. The desired time (the remaining time) is initially displayed when the drying operation is started.
