PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic washer which normally fixedly and optimally keep vibration of an ultrasonic vibrator. SOLUTION: A vibration detecting signal of a vibration detecting circuit 1 is given to an A/D converting circuit 2, converted into a digital signal and given to a microcomputer 3. The microcomputer 3 calculates a frequency to permit the amplitude of the ultrasonic vibrator X to be maximum in intensity set in an operating part 12 based on the vibration detecting signal. A voltage signal consisting of a plurality of bits is converted into an analog voltage by a D/A converting circuit 8 via a buffer 7 and the analog voltage is given to a VCO(voltage control oscillator) 9. The VCO 9 outputs a rectangular wave signal and gives it to a driver 11 via a waveform converting circuit 10. The driver 11 performs control to turn on/off transistors TR1 and TR2 and, then, drives the ultrasonic vibrator X.
