PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brushing tool which is manufactured easily and gives no influence to the component of cosmetics, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and a horn for an ultrasonic oscillation fusing machine. SOLUTION: The cosmetic brushing tool 1 is provided with a brush 3, a holder 5 and a shaft 7. A hollow 13 with a narrowing taper 15 is formed in the holder 5, the brush 3 is inserted into the hollow 13 from the back side of the holder 5, and the holder and the shaft 7 are fixed in a state where the tip (abutting part) 27 of the shaft 7 presses the rear end of the brush 3 (the base part of the brush). The holder 5 and the shaft 7 are made of a resin material. |
