PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying a circuit tape is provided to prevent air bubbles from being captured between a circuit tape and a carrier and to prevent the circuit tape from being peeled off from the carrier by the air bubbles, by adhering only a portion of the circuit tape to the carrier by using a pressured rod included in an absorbing block. CONSTITUTION: A pressuring rod(28) is vertically mounted in a portion of an absorbing block(24) and capable of elevating. An end portion of the pressuring rod appears or disappears in a lower surface of the absorbing block when the pressured rod descends. The pressured rod descends by a predetermined driving units(34,36), and a portion of a circuit tape absorbed to the absorbing block is closely pressured to an upper surface of a carrier, so that the circuit tape is temporarily adhered to the carrier.
