PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to improve performance of a heater, an EGR cooler and an intercooler heat exchanger by utilizing heat transfer among a heater core, the EGR cooler and an intercooler. CONSTITUTION: An EGR cooler(10), a heater core(20) and an intercooler(30) are integrally formed with each other to form a heat exchanger. The EGR cooler(10), the heater core(20) and the intercooler(30) have a pipe-shape. The heater core(20) and the intercooler(30) receives heat from exhaust gas of the EGR cooler(10), so that the temperature of the heater core(20) and the intercooler(30) are increased. Exhaust gas of the EGR cooler(10) is cooled by the heater core(20) and the intercooler(30). Input sections(10a,20a,30a) and output sections(10b,20b,30b) are formed at both ends of the EGR cooler(10), the heater core(20) and the intercooler(30), respectively. A blower(40) is mounted at an outer portion of the heater core(20).
