PURPOSE: Provided are fluorine-contained propenyl ether monomer and crosslinking agent, and fluorine-contained polypropenyl ether produced from the monomer and the crosslinking agent, which can be used for producing contact lenses with a high water content rate. CONSTITUTION: The fluorine-contained propenyl ether monomer is represented by the formula 1 and the fluorine-contained propenyl ether crosslinking agent is represented by the formula 2. And the fluorine-contained polypropenyl ether contains a repeating unit represented by the formula 4 and is produced by photo-polymerizing a mixture solution, comprising the monomer(formula 1), the crosslinking agent(formula 2), and onium salt as a photo-initiator, by exposing. In the formula, Rf and Rff are substituted or unsubstituted fluoro alkyl, fluoro cycloalkyl, fluoro aryl, fluoro aryl alkyl, fluoro hetero aryl alkyl or fluoro alkaryl, a is an integer of 1-10, and n is an integer of 1-10000.
