PURPOSE: A device for managing an advertisement and a method for controlling the same are provided to improve an advertising effect by reconstructing advertisement contents and transmitting the contents in accordance with a performance of a plurality of web client servers, collecting/analyzing information of an advertisement supplied from the web client, and transmitting the result to an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of web client servers(110) is connected to advertisement contents, watches an advertisement, and transmits impression data with respect to the advertisement. An advertisement managing server(130) includes a program for reconstructing advertisement contents and transmitting the contents to the web client servers(110) in accordance with performances data of the web client servers supplied from the web client servers through an Internet network(120). Also, the advertisement managing server(130) includes a control program for receiving the impression data of the advertisement supplied from the web client server, storing the data in a database, analyzing the impression data when the advertisement impression is completed, and supplying the analysis result to an advertiser.
