PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple detecting method for multiple-chain nucleic acid in high accuracy. SOLUTION: This method includes a process forming a hybrid multi-chain nucleic acid by interacting a probe nucleic acid to a sample nucleic acid and hybridizing the probe nucleic acid and the sample nucleic acid, and then interacts two or more kind of luminous affinity compounds to the multi-chain nucleic acid, detects luminescence emitted as the result of the interaction of the two or more kind of luminous affinity compounds to the multi-chain nucleic- acid. Each of the two or more kind of fluorescent affinity compounds to the multi-chain nucleic acid has 0.1-0.9 chlomophor of luminescent quantum yield. |
