PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter enabling planting operation and traveling operation to be carried out with a simple scheme and manipulation without confusion and error through simultaneously carrying out the halting/holding actions for traveling and planting by stepping on a clutch pedal. SOLUTION: This transplanter 1 includes a traveling halting/holding means which works to turn the clutch off by stepping on the clutch pedal 6 for a traveling machine body 1c, lock the pedal 6 on the clutch-off position and unlock the pedal 6 by stepping on it again to allow the transplanter 1 to travel again, wherein the traveling halting/holding means can be actuated only in the ON- mode of the planting transmission system of a planting device.
