PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tennis training machine for effectively training tennis by self-training. SOLUTION: The purpose is attained by the tennis training machine that a shaft 1 rotatably journaling a ball 2 on the tip, and having the preset length for installing a restoring weight 3 on the rear end is inserted and arranged so as to freely advance, retreat, and rotate between a preset interval of upper and lower rollers of a roller shaft guide 6 having respectively idly rotatably a plurality of rollers above and below at the preset interval in an installing body 4, and the roller shaft guide 6 is journaled and arranged in an upper part of a stand 7 for freely adjusting the height so as to be freely rotatable at a preset angle by a support shaft 8.
