PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant restraining belt by which diapers are easily exchanged and the erroneous usage is prevented without burden on the skin of an infant. SOLUTION: The infant restraining belt 1 is constituted of breast belts 1A and 1B for restraining the breast part of the infant, buckles 11A and 11B for connecting the breast belts 1A and 1B and shoulder belts 2A and 2B for restraining the both shoulders of the infant. The breast belts 1A and 1B are arranged to come out onto the upper surface of a baby sheet 50 through belt through-holes 3A and 3B which are arranged near the center of the baby sheet 50 at comparatively narrow interval (170 mm-200 mm).
