PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnetic relay having small size, high performance, high assembling precision, at a low cost, with high productivity and high reliability. CONSTITUTION: Electromagnetic relays consisting of a normally open contact point that closes when exciting current runs through a coil 11 and a normally close contact point that closes when the exciting current is cut are arranged in parallel with each other on a base block 2 so that plurality of normally open and normally close contact points are positioned diagonal to each other and symmetric with respect to a point. An electromagnetic relay block 1 with first and second fixed contact point parts 22 and 23 capable of connecting to each external wiring forming the electromagnetic relay and a movable contact 14b is assembled by using common parts.
