PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal siding structure having no problem of environmental pollution, excellent in weatherability and having high design effect. SOLUTION: An aqueous color base paint, which is a core/shell type acrylic emulsion and contains a core/shell type silicone modified acrylic emulsion due to the formation of a grafted and crosslinked structure to the acrylic skeleton of polysiloxane, is applied to the whole surface or projected surfaces of a coating material backed with a coated steel panel subjected to emboss processing by roll coating to form a color base coating film layer and, if necessary, a clear topcoat paint is applied to the surface of the color base coating film layer or the surface of the obtained embossed pattern to form a top clear layer to form the metal siding structure having high design effect.
