PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet comfortable for use and capable of gaining general acceptance, especially by women, and also capable of storing and carrying accumulated excrements without disposing them at the place, which can solve problems of conventional simple toilets wherein a simple toilet seat is composed by, for example, forming a circular hole in a circular board for placing it on an oilcan, a plastic bucket, or the like. SOLUTION: A toilet seat 1 comprising a base 3, a toilet seat part 4, and a lid 5 is placed on a pail can 2, wherein a sealing lid 2b is removed and an excretion bag 9 is set in the can. The toilet seat 1 is removably fitted by screwing a screw 3e, which is on the front of the toilet seat part 4, near a flange 2a on an opening of the pail can 2. The toilet seat part 4 and the lid 5 are pivotally mounted on a bracket bearing 3d through a shaft 6 so as to freely open/shut rotate.
