PURPOSE: A width-adjustable chair back support is provided to allow a user to freely adjust the width of the back of a chair. CONSTITUTION: A T-shaped support member body(10) includes a horizontal support arm(11) having through holes(11a)(12a) of round type and a vertical support arm both formed on the front surface and fixed to a rear plate(16). A rotary handle(13) is coupled via the through hole(11a), penetrating the support member body(10). A pair of fixing members(14) are bilaterally movably mounted within the horizontal support arm(11), are inserted into both sides inside the horizontal support arm(11), have a chair back mounting groove(14a) at the center and a sliding bar(15) and have a concave groove(15a) extended at one face in the opposite end.
