PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional actuator capable of preventing a flat spring from being deformed when a mobile communication terminal such as a cellular phone and a pager falls, preventing deterioration in the reliability and improving vibration characteristics. SOLUTION: The multifunctional actuator comprises a case having a space on the inner face and provided with a groove on the interior side, a sound generating diaphragm with its outer end fixed to the upper end of the case, a voice coil fixed to the bottom face of the diaphragm, a vertically magnetized magnet, an upper plate attached to the magnet and forming a magnetic circuit, a yoke forming the magnetic circuit in conjunction with the magnet, a wait constituting a vibrator in conjunction with the yoke, the flat spring fixed to the groove of the case and provided with a folded portion, and a vibration generating coil provided in the case and generating vibrations using a magnetic flux formed in the magnetic field.
