PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide of a simple structure which prevents a slide bed from heating up even in a summer or hot season and with which a comfortable feel of sliding can be obtained throughout the four seasons. SOLUTION: At least the slide bed section 2 of a slide body 1 consists of a base metallic plate 3 and a synthetic resin surface plate material 4. The synthetic resin surface plate material 4 may be bonded and integrated to the base metallic plate 3 and may also be formed by stretching a suitable number of engaging lug pieces 4a to be installed to both side edges and locking the same to engaging notches 6 disposed at the slide body 1.
