PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of conventional roll bailers comprising the loss of the speed of transfer air flow to cause the clogging before a bailer chamber in the case of transferring reaped culm from a flail reaping part through a transfer duct to the bailer chamber. SOLUTION: The roll bailer has a reaping part 2 at the front end of the body and transfers cut culms through a transfer duct 3 to the bailer chamber 4 placed at the rear part of the body. An assistant transfer means such as a crossflow fan 11 and a belt transfer apparatus 13 is placed in a culm transfer channel between the reaping part and the bailer chamber.
